All warranties herein will exclude any items installed incorrectly, misused, neglected, altered,or abused. Any damages, failures, or defective items are subject to the discretion of Krut LED. Failure to follow instructional documents or manual will void all warranties. Krut LED shall have no liability whatsoever in any event for payment of incidental or consequential costs including, without limitations, installation costs, and damages for personal injury or property.All individual or companies using Krut LED products are required to follow all National, State, and local government laws and guidelines requiring installation, use and disposal of products.

All warranty are from Manufacturer in case Krut LED had sold third party products.

Krut LED, LLC reserves the right to examine all products and reserves the right to be the sole judge as whether any product is defective and covered under warranty.

Damaged Items

Any item(s) received damaged due to shipping must be reported to KRUT within 7 business days of receiving the package. Please inspect the package(s) upon receipt to make sure all parts are included and no damage is present. If you encounter damage or missing parts, please contact KRUT at 1-864-401-8156 to request a damage call tag (DCT). Once a DCT has been issued the item must be returned to the shipping company in the original packaging. If no DCT is issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be issued for return of the product to KRUT for inspection of damages. Once received, if damage is found to be caused by shipping or improper packing, a replacement will be sent free of charge.

Defective Items

Any items found to be defective within the warranty period must be returned to Krut LED in the original packaging for evaluation. In the event of a return of a defective item (s), an RMA number must be obtained by contacting KRUT at 1-864-401-8156. Buyer is responsible for the shipping of the defective item to Krut LED. If the product is found to be defective, a replacement product will be issued at no charge .

Returns

A customer may return an item for any reason within the first 30 days of receiving it by contacting KRUT to obtain an RMA number. An RMA can be obtained by calling KRUT at 1-864-401-8156. An RMA must be obtained within 30 days of receiving the product. Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping product back to KRUT. The following items will have NO RETURN POLICY:

1. Special Orders
Special order is defined as any non-inventory item or group of items, which was ordered expressly and uniquely for a specific customer. Any item from our product list can fall under the definition of the special order.
2. Custom Cuts
Any item that is considered a custom cut, a sample, or that has been cut or sized by KRUT specifically for that customer’s unique requirements and specifications.

3. Clearance, Closeout, and Overstock Items
Any item that is sold as a partial product, open box, used, or other than new. All returns are subject to approval and the refund policy stated below.

Refunds

All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee and must be returned in like new condition within 30 days of receiving the product. An RMA must be obtained by calling KRUT at 1-864-401-8156 Anderson South Carolina office directly for any items returned for a refund.

Product Warranty

Below you will find product specific warranty information, as well as general warranties that cover all Krut LED, LLC products. Normally all products carry 3 years warranty or 5 year

warranty
• Any misuse or improper installation or damage will immediately void warranty.
• Damage caused by wind, flood, earthquake, storms including lightning, water or any
other act of nature will not be covered under warranty.
• Power surge damage is not covered under warranty.
• Use of unapproved replacement parts, connections or unauthorized service will void
warranty.
• Failure to follow instructional documents or manual will void all warranties.
• Damage caused by improper voltage input or physical damage from misuse or improper
installation will void warranty.
• Warranty is valid for original purchaser as defined on invoice. Warranty is non—
transferable.
• Warranty is subject to change without notice.

The Krut LED Warranty shall be the sole remedy of the Customer and the sole liability of Krut LED, LLC to the Customer. Krut LED does not imply statutory warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to be made or to be implied. In no event shall Krut LED, LLC including its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any claims asserting or based on:
1. Loss of facility
2. Loss of Equipment, Cost of Substitute property
3. Loss of Revenue or Cost of Capital
4. Loss of Business, Profit or Property Value
5. Down Time Cost or Claimant’s Customers
6. Loss of goodwill
In no event shall Krut LED, LLC including its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors,employees, or agents be held liable for any damages, injury, or loss of life due to installation or use of any Krut LED products.

LED Fixtures

All Led light Fixtures with UL/DLC certification carries 5 years warranty for replacement of the parts or whole fixture. In case fixture is having bad driver, new driver will be furnished against the warranty fulfillment where as in case of LED chip goes bad, whole new fixture is replaced with the same or similar design/performance. All the light Fixtures with Energy Star certification carries warranty of 3 years or hours specified on each packages. During the specified period fixture carries full replacement warranty.All Fixtures with having only UL certification, carries 3 years full replacement warranty on parts or fixture.No warranty Cover the labor cost to replace or repair the fixtures.

LED light Bulbs

All light bulbs carries 3 years or 25000 hrs of life time warranty for replacement. Replacement will be done with same or similar bulbs/fixtures at the time of replacement.

LED Gas Price Changer

LED gas price changers are warrantied for 5 years replacement parts and material. No warranty on the cost to replace parts. Remote, cable, batteries are subject to verification before replacement is provided.

LED Vanity Mirror

All LED Vanity Mirror carries 3 years for coating and finger print protection. All light and driver components are warrantied for 5 years.

• Mirror breakage from any cause is not covered by this Warranty.
• Any damage to the mirrors in transporting and shipping must be inspected before delivery. Krut LED will not take any responsibility for anyy claims reported after driver left the delivery site.
• Krut LED is not liable for glass breakage, damage, failure due to misuse; or to acts of nature including fire, flood or earthquake.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused through installation in a wet environment.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused through faulty design of your residence or business, careless handling, alteration, misuse, or misapplication.
• This warranty is limited by the cost of the purchased product and Krut LED or its affiliates will not assume any responsibility beyond the cost of original merchandise.
• Breakage caused by settling of the architectural structure in which the mirror is installed is not covered in the warranty.
• Use of harsh, abnormal or abrasive chemical cleaning products will void the warranty; please follow the guidelines provided for your proper maintenance of your product.

LED Rope Lights

LED rope lights carry a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty for non-working sections and the included accessories. For section(s) failures, a replacement section(s) will be sent out along with an invisible splice kit(s) free of charge for the end user to make repairs. If, during troubleshooting with a KRUT representative, the entire product is found to be defective or 30% or greater is not working, an RMA number may be issued for further testing to determine the
cause. If the product is found defective a replacement will be sent free of charge. After the 30 days the LED rope lights will carry a 2-year limited warranty on non-working sections. During this time any failed section(s) will be covered by free replacement section(s) and invisible splice kit(s) for repair by the end user. In the event of a failure that includes 30% or more, special consideration (at the sole discretion of KRUT) may be made for replacing the
entire spool(s) only upon the return and testing of the product(s) by KRUT.

LED Strip Lights and Modules/Drivers

LED Strip Lights and Modules /Drivers carry a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty for non-working sections and the included accessories. For section(s) failures a replacement section(s) will be sent out along with solder-less splices free of charge for the end user to make repairs. If, during troubleshooting with a KRUT representative, the product is found to be defective or 30% or greater is not working, an RMA number may be issued for further testing to determine the cause.If the product is found defective a replacement will be sent free of charge.After the 30 days the LED Strip Lights and Modules /Drivers carry a 2-year limited warranty onnon-working sections. During this time any failed section(s) will be covered by a free replacement section(s) and solder-less splices for repair by the end user. In the event of a failure that includes 30% or more, special consideration (at the sole discretion of KRUT) may be made
for replacing the entire spool(s) only upon the return and testing of the product(s) by KRUT.

LED Sign Tubes

Krut LED warrants to the original purchaser of our LED Sign Tubes that product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years from date of purchase. The warranty will expire five years from purchase date.

LED Displays

Krut LED warrants to the original purchaser of our LED Displays that product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years from date of purchase. The warranty will expire five years from purchase date.Incorporation of accessories, attachments, mounting accessories, software, mounting structure, conduit, wiring, trenching, or any accessories not provided with Display Screens or any exceptional causes will not be covered under warranty.Power surge damage is not covered under warranty.Use of unapproved replacement parts, connections or unauthorized service will void warranty. Failure to follow instructional documents or manual will void all warranties.
Damage caused by improper voltage input or physical damage from misuse or improper installation will void warranty. Display Screen Cabinet Color Fading or LED degrading from outdoor exposure is not covered under warranty. Use of a surge protector is highly recommended.

LED Sports field Lighting

Krut LED LLC (“Krut LED”) warrants for the Warranty Period, with the limitations below, to the first user that all Products sold by Krut LED , when properly installed and maintained under normal service, are free from defect in material and workmanship.The Warranty Period begins on the date of sale of such goods to the buyer as specified in
Krut LED invoice documents for each Product(s), and ends ten (10) years thereafter or after 10,000 hours of use whichever condition comes earlier. A Defect in the LED lighting arrays will be deemed to exist in a Product only if either (a) there has been a greater than 30% degradation in light output over the Warranty Period; or (b) more than 10% of the LEDs have totally failed.

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY
1. This Warranty does not apply to parts or assemblies that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, improper installation, abnormal service, accident, fire, improper repair or maintenance, tampering or abuse nor to parts or assemblies that have incurred extraordinary weather conditions. In particular, but without limitation, this Warranty does not apply if the Product or LED array fails by reason of hurricane, tornado, earthquake or other storms.
2. This Warranty does not apply to any equipment of another manufacturer used in conjunction with Krut LED products.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
Krut LED’s sole liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement (at Krut LED’s option) of the defective exterior finish, housing and heat sinks, lens and LED array(s). Power Supplies specifically are warranted for ten (10) years or 10,000 hours whichever is earlier under the criteria supplied by their manufacturer. Under no circumstances will Krut LED be responsible for any other loss or expense whatsoever, including but not limited to charges or claims for labor, lost business, lost time, lost profits, loss of use or any kind of incidental, consequential or punitive damages, however denominated or described.
